On September 18, under the guidance of the provincial Intellectual Property Office, the first single market-based science and technology innovation (collection class) intellectual property ABS project of Donghu High-tech Zone led by Optical Valley Financial Holding Group - "Zhongshan Securities - Optical Valley Financial Holdings Intellectual Property 1 Phase Asset Support Special Plan" project was officially successfully issued。This project is the first single market science and technology innovation (collection class) intellectual property ABS in East Lake High-tech Zone, and the first pure private enterprise intellectual property ABS in Hubei Province。The actual financing cost of enterprises entering the pool can be at least 2% after the urban two levels of financial subsidies。

This project adopts the mode of intellectual property pledge entrusted loan to issue ABS. The project shelf size is 500 million yuan, the term is 2 years, and the initial issue size is 68 million yuan(Of which the priority is 67 million yuan)Has cumulatively supported 9 national and provincial specialized special new small giant enterprises in East Lake High-tech Zone。

At present, the original owner of the project, Wuhan Optics Valley Small and medium-sized Venture Capital Co., LTD., has carried out the asset evaluation of the second phase of the pool enterprise, encouraging more scientific and creative enterprises to actively participate in the practice of intellectual property securitization with the help of financial innovation tools。We welcome the majority of scientific and creative enterprises to actively participate in the subsequent issuance work to achieve joint innovation and quality improvement of industry and financing。
